With the rise of fake news and internet sites, information and media literacy is an essential skill for the twenty-first century learner. We explore the importance of teaching source credibility with Gordon Crovitz NewsGuard Co-CEO and Sarah Brandt NewsGuard Vice President of News Literacy Outreach. NewsGuard is an app founded by journalists that rates the reliability of online news sources. We’ll also provide tips and classroom-ready resources to help students think critically about digital and print content.
